1) Parties & Purpose
You (“Contributor”) grant HIREA DIGITAL, LLC (“HIREA”) permission to use your testimonial, feedback, name, role, company, logo, and any media you submit (collectively, the “Materials”) to showcase real client outcomes and improve services.

2) Your Choices Control Use

Public (named): HIREA may publicly use the Materials with attribution (name, role, company, logo).

Public (anonymous): HIREA may publicly use the Materials without identifying details. HIREA may anonymize/blur visuals or use text/audio excerpts at its discretion.

Internal-only: HIREA will not publish the Materials and may use them only for internal training, QA, and service improvement.

3) License You Grant (scope)
For any option that includes public use, you grant HIREA a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit for clarity/length, adapt formats, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Materials in any media now known or later developed.
For internal-only, the same license applies solely to internal uses.

4) Editing & Accuracy
HIREA may make light editorial changes (spelling, grammar, length, formatting) without changing your meaning. You confirm that your testimonial reflects your honest opinion/experience.

5) Proof Policy (if selected)
If you requested a proof, HIREA will send a preview for review. If no response within 5 business days, HIREA may proceed.

6) No Confidential/Sensitive Data
Please do not include confidential or regulated information. HIREA will not publish numbers you mark as confidential.

7) Representations & Authority
You represent that: (a) you are 18+; (b) you own or control the rights in the Materials; (c) you have authority to grant this license; (d) the Materials do not infringe others’ rights.

8) Release
To the extent allowed by law, you release and hold harmless HIREA and its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims arising out of lawful use of the Materials per this consent.

9) Revoking Permission
You may withdraw future public use by emailing [email protected]. HIREA will stop new uses within 30 days. This does not require removal from already-printed assets, concluded campaigns, or archival/backups; for live digital channels, HIREA will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove or update.

10) No Compensation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no fees or royalties are owed for this consent or for use of the Materials.

11) Data & Privacy
HIREA will store your submission securely and process it per its privacy practices. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [[email protected]] (subject to legal/operational limits).

12) Miscellaneous
This consent is the entire agreement on this topic and supersedes prior discussions. If any part is invalid, the rest remains effective.
